Free US shipping

Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum, no coupon, and nothing to add at checkout — the price you see is the delivered price.

Processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Focus booths are built to order, so their processing runs on the freight timeline below rather than the parcel one.

Delivery

Chairs and accessories ship by parcel carrier and arrive in 3–7 business days. You get a tracking email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Focus booths ship by freight with white-glove delivery. Our team contacts you to schedule a delivery window, and the full process from order to installation typically takes 2–4 weeks.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and Singapore — the available countries appear at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected on delivery, which are the recipient's responsibility.
