Returns and Warranty

We want the furniture to earn its place in your office. If it doesn't, the way back is simple.

30-day returns store-wide

Every product can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, and original packaging is preferred — it protects the product on the trip back. Returns shipped within the US get a free prepaid return label.

Product-specific windows

Some products carry their own return window, shown on the product page — selected chairs allow 40 days, and small accessories allow 15. When a product page lists a window, that window applies to the item instead of the store-wide 30 days.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We email you at each step so nothing goes quiet.

Warranty

Every product carries a warranty of 2–7 years, with the exact term listed on its product page. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or anything a chair was never meant to survive.

How to start a return

Email support@liangshan.store with your order number and a sentence on why it's coming back. We reply within 1 business day with your return label and next steps.
